- Pasta Carbonara with sauteed mushrooms, bacon, garlic, shallots smoked paprika and parmesan cheese, topped with grilled chicken.
- Oven roasted chicken Piccata seasoned with ancho chili powder. Served with chefs choice of potato, vegetable, and a lime picatta sauce.
- Pasta Primavera with seasonal vegetable assortment (can change daily). Tossed in a lemon butter and white wine sauce.
- Lightly seasoned Scallops of Pork Loin with a Dijon mustard cream sauce served with vegetables and potato of the day.
